While catching up on the imminent demise of the Opel Ampera (a car I always thought looked better than it's American cousin), I found a rendering of the 2016 model. Not too bad. The side profile has a lot of Caddy in it.

looks good so probably not. Well, maybe the concept but certainly not the final. I mean look at what happened from concept to production of the current version.

That looks like an ELR rear-ended an Impala. Is this based on anything real like leaks or spy-photos or is it just an illustrator having a moment of fancy?

Probably the latter, but the car rag has had a good run with their enderings so far. They usually are quite spot on.

That is just the front half of an Impala and the back half of an ELR. Nothing that should be taken seriously.

Well, the GLG isn't out yet/ever??? So it's hard to judge what the finished product looks like. They can't get them all right.
